I have been saying this for 2 years, but it goes on and on and on and it now clearly correlates better with the 30's market. If so, this is actually better than correlating it to 66-82, now that we are HERE. The market off the 32 low, went up 5-6x in 4 1/2 years. The big question is where does this huge rally start from: 7/25/02; later in the fall; or next spring? I dunno. I think the fall.

Nevertheless, the 65-82 correlation is still strong too, at least with the sp.

It MAY be useful to be aware that demographics would suggest a peak in 2007, and if we continue to follow the 29-42 pattern, 1937 was the peak. However, my belief in demographics has hammered my returns...i felt that we would hold a higher valuation than normal into 2007 and then collapse.

Either way, we are either correlating most highly with 1932 or 1970. The run from both time frames was mind boggling.
