I had forgotten these facts:

Chris Dodd and John Kerry, along with 45 other members of the Senate, actually voted against authorizing the use of force in the Gulf War in 1991. Only 10 Democrats voted for it -- and, for the record, Tom Daschle, the senate majority leader, and Joe Biden, the chairman of the Senate foreign relations committee, voted against the use of force as well.
