It is interesting how easily you found tech companies that are, for all practical purposes, repricing options. Perhaps this "repricing" behavior is more the rule rather than the exception. I would appreciate it if you would keep posting such information when you see it. It certainly makes a mockery out of the argument that stock options are issued to align employees' interests with outside shareholders' interests.
