More "klutze"? << The US government has spent over $100 million in sponsored research for a similar but more klutze Electrochromic technology. >> Is "klutze" some sort of made-up negative quality to mask an ulterior motive for rejection, as in, "Well Mr. Johnson, your company's proposal is less expensive, less time-consuming, more reliable, more attractive, and more profitable than the proposal of my nephew's company, but unfortunately your proposal is too klutze, so I have to go with his proposal instead."?
