I am amazed to see Dell hitting 28.30, but dropped from there even though the rest of the market is going up. May be the management finished selling.

Typical-Herschel Rubin-I have seldom met a Jewish investor who was bullish most of the time-almost 100% they come in only one flavor-BEARISH!They are usually terrible investors/traders --- I know after 43 years and hundreds of clients.
