I'm not sure if you thought my reference "saving their lives" meant the Iraqui people. No, I was referring to the surrounding neighbors.

However, I feel that the Iraguis will benefit by not having a paranoid blood thirsty despot in charge. Whether that new regime will ever come to pass and be more benign, who knows.

Deomocracy just doesn't work in some cultures where first you run for President and then you run for your life.
