Tony, Interesting that you bring up David Schwartz, the author of "The Art of Thinking BIG". Back in 1980 I took a marketing class just for interest that was taught by David Schwartz. Got to be one of the most funniest and interesting people I have ever met.

First day of class he walks into the classroom and looks around. He then says, "why are all you girls here? You should be home making babies!" Needless to say the guys were a little puzzled and the gals were shocked! He then went into a lecture about demographics and if the current generation did not keep up with past fertility rates that it would lead to economic and societal problems for future generations. This was the first time I really thought about the demographics of the baby-boomers and the challenges that lie ahead. I have had an interest in this phenomenon and how it will affect society and our economy ever since. We certainly will have some extraordinary times ahead.

Anyway, Schwartz is a smart guy, a little wacky but sure impressed me. His motivational book is good. I had already read his book when I took the class and didn't know he was the professor. What a pleasant surprise.

Thanks for rekindling that memory.

Joe
