Well, if the black man is exactly like me, he doesn't have a car when he doesn't have much money. Therefore, since people in Lagos don't have much money, they should have very few cars [a few rich bosses perhaps].

It's not what you like to do that matters, it's what you can afford to do.

However, I didn't really think there would be almost no cars in Lagos.
