We can take out Saddam, provide an atmosphere that allows Iraq to set up a stable Government, and make it clear to them that we will not tolerate another Dictator in power.

If we reach the point where we are not tolerating dictators, our armed forces will be very busy.

Actually, I think the administration would be quite willing to tolerate another dictator, as long as he's one we choose. I'm not sure how wise that would be in the long run.
