Let's get back on track. You said people who were against the war were antiAmerican. That war ~ for whatever reason it was motivated, money, power, the domino theory, because someone was trigger happy ~ proved to be useless and a waste of time and money and, most of all, lives of men who nevertheless served their country valiantly, and for whom I have the greatest respect. And I'm so sorry for what they needlessly suffered. So seriously, how did being opposed to the Vietnam war translate to being antiAmerican.

My point is that I was pointing out the "mindset" that believes that to be "antiwar" you also have to be "antiCapitalist." That wars are started by greedy Capitalists who want to make a profit on the corpses of the poor who are sent to war for this purpose.

Where in the world did that canard come from? You are still stuck in the 60s. Wake up, guy.

Is it getting late in paradise? Are you up too late?
