so are bull assets above bear assets yet?

i recently saw a six year chart of the ratio of money market funds to bull funds (including all sector funds), kept by the mcclelan's,

that ratio blew through the 98 levels in july

fack, we've become so accustomed during the last several months to failing rallies, maybe to comfortable -g-
