They were a product of a war which should not have been abandoned without honor as the Dem Congress did.... We spent billions upon billions of dollars and tens of thousands of lives propping up a series of corrupt, undemocratic governments that couldn't govern, wouldn't fight, and showed no sign of ever developing the inclination or ability to stand on their own two feet. Where's the dishonor in saying "enough"? The war wasn't abandoned by Congress or by either party. It was abandoned by the American people. The politicians had no choice but to go along.
