Kevin,

I told you several times that your opinion on SPD technology is meaningless to REFR investors. SPD is taking less time than low-e and float glass, two other important technologies that changed the glass business. So don't pretend you can even make assertions like you have about results. SPD came to game AFTER Selkowitz was working with Gentex and Schott-Donnelly and Sage-ec and Pilkington and most of those big names have dropped out.

But you can shed some light on the stock manipulation we've experienced. As investors initially we were pretty naive about the hedge funds and while we don't see any expertise about our tech by you or Wexler or Asensio, we do however want to know more about the hedge funds and Asensio's tactics. There is an article out in Equities magazine on this subject. I will try to get a copy so you can comment.

As far as REFR's prospects and the emergence of SPD, I have much better sources on that subject and a debate with you is tedious at best and truly a waste of time for anyone reading this board to gain some insight on what SPD and its future prospects since you obviously have done no research into this. You are neither an expert nor a lay person with any knowledge of the glass industry. You have shown here time and time again that you are no more than a pawn of the short interest in this stock.
