Regarding my picks I am sticking to small cap oil and gas with great growth prospects.Most of them very illiquid traders but holding for a couple of years. No I dont underestimate them but most expatriate Canucks living in America should consider rural property in Canada as a safety net. I have quite a few American friends and relatives. I bought a lovely property 118 acres with my own private pond ,stream,river view,lovely mountain in back and some cleared land with 200 year old pine trees,3 bedrooms,garage ,great well water for $70,000 Canuck pesos only 40 minutes South of Sudbury. Great deals.Some water frontage on Lake Huron is selling for $10,000.Catch your own salmon a few hundred yards from your property!
