I think there was something to both stories regarding George W's drug use and his questionable military record. But, the media did not persue him on either matter, because he was their boy and they didn't want to hurt his chances of winning. If George W didn't use drugs why didn't he just flatly deny it? Instead, he said he wouldn't discuss things that happened before 1974 (a very good response I have to admit) and for some bizarre reason the "liberal" media accepted that as a reasonable answer. Imagine if Clinton had said the same? What about George W.'s military service during Viet Nam where he was supposedly AWOL from the Texas Air National Guard in the early 70s? Why didn't the "liberal" media widely report this story?

Some "liberal" media we have. They hound a liberal President into answering questions about his past and give a conservative running for President a free pass. I dunno. The facts speak for themselves. Sometimes you have to tune out all the BS that is flying and take a look at how things really are.
