Dr. Henry T. Nicholas III and Dr. Henry Samueli, beneficially owned a total of approximately 23.4% of our outstanding common stock

They each had 11.9% as of my 5% page in march which means they in effect haven't sold anything over the past 3 mos., relative to their holdings.

I actually think owning this much for founders is a bad thing, a deterrent to hiring new management.
