Nothing I could see. Just pure conjecture, that part. Doesn't help your argument for accurate accounting reports when your not accurate in your own reporting. <g>

Still, I do remember you being just a bit put out by the dilution in Qualcomm some couple years back. I think that is rather tame compared to what Seibel has done. But then that is rather hard to figure out. It is easier to just not buy the stock.
