First you have to have a name that ends in a vowel. Charlie got caught on a plane chartered for the Caymans with enough cash on board that $50 million was due in taxes because he couldn't say where it came from. Gotti spent over a million bucks to clear Charlie and Charlie did 10 months easy time.

I will say he was one of the nicest neighbors I've ever had except when he wanted to help fix something.
