Oh, I wouldn't say deflation is coming. Uncle Al will print untold barrows full of greenbacks and ship them over to GeorgeW and co who will have no trouble spending them. Uncle Al needs to do that because the tax revenue has gone kaput, especially the capital gains taxes, but also a lot of other taxes. Meanwhile, the spending by the government hasn't decreased, so a big printup will avoid deflation, keep the government employee bludgers in the manner to which they have become accustomed and keep the economy ticking over happily.

It will probably zoom up asset prices, such as shares [though there is still some downward pressure due to debts and other messes, so shares might just travel horizontally for a while while the mess is cleaned up], Aztec stuff, land and other fixed supply things measured in shrinking dollars.
