Not necessarily. Ever heard of concept called "subsidy"?
Dell is doing this left and right, why HPQ should stay
out? Don't you know that there is such thingies as
"competition" and "market share"?

Given those low sellable prices (dictated by slow market),
which system will make less loss, AMD-based, or Intel-based?
