MC has been travelling the world for the last year or more telling everyone at every stop that he didn't see any recovery in IT spending til 2003 and basically blaming the economy for the company's poor performance. He's commented on the poor economy and how it is affecting the company so many times that it seems as if he is obsessed or on a mission. I don't hear or see Michael Dell, Craig Barrett, Bill Gates, John Chambers, etc. doing the same, or at least not over and over and over as MC does. MC is beginning to sound like a broken record. El
