Sorry, you are right. There are no stupid questions. There are some mighty stupid answers, though. Just remember this, there are many answers to any question that you or I may conceive. There is your answer, there is my answer, and there is the right answer. Finally we can ask god. We will have to wait a while. A guy I know who had a heart attack but was rejected for the afterlife and sent back. He got to ask god about the wherefore of some stuff and here is what the almighty said, "Look, I said you get to heaven if you are good. I didn't say you will be any smarter when you get here.
