The demand is real. It's not some fantasy. Internet traffic is still doubling every year. Maybe it's fashionable to talk like 1996-2000 was some tulip mania, but the Internet is here to stay because it saves time and money and most importantly gives its users a competitive edge. Its growth hasn't slowed much if any, and an economic rebound will accelerate it again.
