OT. I think we need to clear something up. "verbage" is a neologism combining verbiage and garbage: Verbage "usually connotes derision for communication styles that exalt form over substance or are centered on concerns irrelevant to the subject ostensibly at hand. Perhaps most used with reference to speeches by company presidents and other professional manipulators."

"Verbiage" is "an excess of words for the purpose, wordiness"

I opt for the latter. "Murderers" would become:

evil evil-doers of evil.
