On July 24th, by a vote of 274-151 – with 65 Democrats voting yes – the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 4965, which is a ban on the medical procedure whereby a partially delivered fetus's head is opened with scissors and its brain sucked out. Partial Birth Abortion......WHY WILL KING DASCHLE NOT LET THIS ISSUE COME TO THE SENATE FOR A VOTE???? I hope the good people of his home state are in his face right now about this tragedy, and telling him to get off his dead a$$ and doing something useful and telling him that he does not have to be a dork ALL his life.
