You will, of course, have to take that up with the Robertson/Falwell wing of the Republican party, which W is only too happy to kowtow to on certain issues. Whichever ones Karl Rove tells him to, I think. You can then try to separate the "5000 year old birthright" that Esau sold for a mess of pottage from the priestly class. Which religious states should be allowed and which shouldn't is sort of an obscure philosophical question, if you ask me.

Lindy, we have tribal chiefs and priests here too and they are gaining ascendancy. Especially the tribal chiefs of the Stalinist type - with Helengrad increasingly subsuming the individual in a suffocating state.

We have freedom to love Big Brother. We just need re-education.
