This is so hilariously bizarre that I have to share it--some would say the whole thing is a clear signal of a real estate top.......... Yesterday, I heard a radio commercial for a brokerage firm that must be new--had never heard of it before. Background music for the commercial was "Old McDonald Had a Farm". Name of the company is EIEIO. (sung to the tune of Old McDonald, of course). The web address is: eieio.com WARNING: While visiting this website and admiring the amateurish and garish graphic design and reading the long treatise on how "real estate services cost too much so we do it cheap", my computer completely gave up the ghost and underwent a good old-fashioned crash. It hasn't done that in a very long time, but somehow seemed wonderfully ironic and appropriate for the moment. Website should be approached with caution. Not sure whether the owners of this firm have all their sparkplugs, either, but do wish them well in the competitive marketplace. <g>
