this fits my scenario> I am stubborn though and thinking: "hmmm, thse positions might just be a lot longer term than i thought, but eventually they will come down" . THat is foolish in one sense i know. Would your scenario fit many of the wedges we see out there?

Its interesting being away form the markets for as long as I have been lately, gives me a different perspective, perhaps even a more objective one and certainly an improved focus on the larger picture..

FWIW after a review of this bounce, I see volume as being a huge concern. I would accept moderate volume, but we are barely doing 1.5 billion on the Naz these days. Keep in mind too that given the large reduction in stock prices in tech, the dollar volume is extremely low. I do not think the recent lows will hold until the end of the year, this rally has none of the conviction of the April or Sept 2001 moves. Besides, who ever heard of a July bottom?

Wiggle wise, I think we are strong from the git-go tomorrow and put a short-term high in tomorrow sometime. NDX 1060 is the hard resistance we seem destined to hit here. From there I see the pullback to revive the fear, not sure how long it goes but I am starting to see talk of a sell-of into 9-11 and you just know that won't happen now.
