KidRock I use Pest Patrol and AdAware to help control tracking cookies and spyware. Looking back on your original post I see I should have mentioned that these popups you were having problems with don't reside on your machine but on the web. I use Popup Stopper to kill them. To clean the registry of junk I use a program called RegCleaner. I agree with you on the TechTV site. Lots of good info there that you can be sure has been tested by the authors. Lot's of interesting stuff (if you can overlook the bs <gg>) on their TV show as well.
