Now I am kicking myself for forgetting some key points. Like UAL going BK, Or the South American country meltdown du jour, and what's this about the semi BtB being down?

And what if the war in Iraq turns into something more than just Iraq? What if we have another terrorist attack?

And did we see housing showing some signs of topping?

One thing that is easy to forget is that in the bull market, the drops were really violent and the moves up were relatively controlled. That is right until the end. Now that we are in the throes of the bear market, the moves up are violent and the moves down are relatively controlled. Until we have a broad base that looks like a nice rounding bottom, I will consider all of these rallies to be bear market rallies.
