key word is "stopped"

the 1 percent udv oscillator at -60 is in the same zone where it stopped after bouncing from -100 in 1970 and 1973

the oscillator in January 1970 bounced at -100 and then stopped a month later at -60 before tanking

the oscillator in July 1973 bounced at -100 and then stopped a month later at -60 before declining

the oscillator in July 2002 bounced at -100 and now is at -60 a month later...take your pick
