But I do think it is sad there is nothing on the Mall in DC that is about slavery the same way there is something about the Holocaust. If I was an African-American I would be pissed about that and I would want the US and the state governments to symbolically recognize more that slavery was wrong. Joseph, there is an African Fine Art center adjacent to the original building. I would suspect the following URL would reveal a bit more sensitivity than you give credit. nmafa.si.edu
