agreed, my concerns are based on the buyout of Ayr Networks, it was a real sham, you don't pay 113 million for something that can be done in 5-10 million and in-house.

When did csco or any of these macho hi tech co's ever not overpay for an acquistion?

Many, as you know, were in short order totally written off as worthless crap.

The rest were simply vastly overpriced. No matter. There are always gullible shareholders present and future to absorb that.
