John, they always talk about the blue curtain with the police, in that they won't talk about crimes committed by cops. This looks like the same sort of deal. I'm just glad everyone at Enron is bargaining to cop a plea. <g>

If (like the official catholic position on abortion) you see abortion as being murder then it would seem to be worse. I wouldn't expect an archbishop to publicly support anything but the official position.

Bu even for those who accept that position, its a monumentally stupid statement. The perp's of lots of horrible things could point to something worse done by someone somewhere but this fact doesn't get them off the hook for what they did and making statements like that just looks both selfish and idiotic in this context.
