I sure wouldn't keep my money here if there was even the slightest chance that W and his gang of rangers would freeze it because they "suspected" it was used to support terrorism. Especially since "a Pentagon briefing this month that Saudi Arabia was the "kernel of evil"," This sounds like everyone from SA has a chance of having their money frozen, it's only a matter of time.

The key is in this statement "People no longer have any confidence in the US economy or in US foreign policy." I say our economy has a chance of coming back and so will peoples confidence in it. Our Foreign policy won't change until new leadership is elected, if even then.

The first time I brought ALGX here it went from $1 to 1.8 now its down to .7 and woth another look.

I bet it hurts to have to sell now <g>, and I'm not sure how much luck they'll have in the other world markets, and its gonna sting even more if we have put in a bottom...

I for one feel the US needs to be as least dependent as possible on the Saudi's - oil, markets, whatever... I'd go as far as paying up for certified "Saudi-Free" gas.

on another note, NT is bery, bery nice to me. got some 89c shares Monday, sold this am for 1.10, reloaded @ 1.04
8% short = 315m shares, looks like a nice steady climber on the cover.

Saudi money goes to Zurich and London (various currencies most likely) when they need a rathole that pays 1% interest or so. Boring but safe and secure when the crapola is flying.

Check out TWTC as a likely rat play, decent balance sheet for a CLEC.
