The problem with that, is it is so obvious. Which, unfortunately, is not to say that it is not the thing to do only that an extreme position isn't warranted.

This guy is saying What exactly? Chris Cadbury noted this morning that the McClellan oscillator bearishly made a three-year high Monday at +225. His trendline oscillator remained in the overbought area for the third consecutive day as well. The message here is that the market has had a big run and now needs to consolidate that move.
