Two scenario’s in my book
1) Interest rates going up which I do not see any possibility.
2) When people cannot buy starter home then it will stagnate & slowly deflate over a LOOOOOONNNNG period of time. If rates go up then faster then watch the house of cards falling which I seriously doubt interest rates will go up as then it will big time recession.
