Actually the friend I'm thinking of had all but given up ever having children. She adopted a child and then became pregnant. She's hardly the kind of person who has ever done any drugs. Although she may have been taking some prescribed something or other. But she never had a sip of wine even during her pregnancy, so I doubt that, too.
