I am not sure....the DOW and S&P have not broken the highs yet, only the Nasdaq and not by much. We're struggling to get more upside here and the indices are struggling to stay above the 50 day MA. We're definitely losing momentum as each upside move is getting weaker and weaker.

My best guess is that I missed a wiggle somewhere and this is still part of that last zigzag. I still think getting above 9000 on the DOW is going to be difficult and if by chance we do get up through that, the index won't stay there for long at all. We've already overlapped some prior waves on the downside again and hourly stochastics are moving back to overbought. Upside is starting to look tortured, volume is still falling again, and daily stochastics are looking like they want to finish rolling over.

Lots of 3 wave moves here have made picking this top challenging, no doubt.
