Sounds like Kissinger is saying, vis a vis, debates, that rather than hang them before we have a trial, let's hang them after it.

In a nutshell.

If Bush follows that advice on consulting with allies and the country, he deserves a one term presidency.

Why? The country is already for it, and the allies don't vote.
