They TOLD him to move to a district he could win, but he is a rather stubborn non-team player. The Republicans are pretty-much relieved to see him go...

You're right, Barr's defeat really doesn't mean much politically as his opponent was very similar to him on the issues.

What i did find interesting is how mean, dirty, and nasty the campaign was. Without Carville or Begala to blame, perhaps you guys are projecting a bit of yourselves onto the Democrats and then claiming to be outraged?
