What off-balance sheet debt? Let me guess.. non-capitalized operating leases, right? We've already covered that here. What is your definition of "total-cost"? Something different that FASB or GAAP definitions? Cost structure of real estate? Owned real estate is depreciated; leased real estate is expensed. You know...Accounting 101. What is their expansion cost? What does that have to do with anything? Efficiency of their financing arm? What financing arm? Consumer credit is outsourced to GE and CitiGroup. You evaded the question with a bunch of nonsense questions instead of an answer. As I figured, you don't have the faintest clue.
