I think you're wrong. Media recounts gave Florida to Gore if you consider overvotes. Even Pat Buchanan concedes that thousands of Gore votes were mistakenly cast for him. Remember i said if every vote had been counted as the voter intended it to be. No recount could've or should've accounted for that. But like i said, most would agree that a substantial majority of voters went to the polls in Florida intending to vote for Gore. But for many reasons, including voter error, when counted Bush got a very sleight majority. Steve
