Actually, a recount of ALL the counties (including the Republican panhandle) using the MOST conservative standards for valid votes is the one scenario that results in a Gore win.

With more liberal standards (hanging chads, etc.) used, Bush generally still wins.

(Of course, having 20,000 people knocked off the rolls helped too :)

Democrats, still refuse to recognize, that it was Nader that caused them to lose the election. Not the Supreme Court, not Florida's Secretary of State, not butterfly ballots, not hanging, then swinging, then dimpled chads... Ralph Nader!. It comes from decades, of turning a blind eye toward and making excuses for, the actions of the far left. This time the far left, stabbed the Democratic Party in the back...but Democrats (unable to face the truth), do what is reflex, blame Republicans.
