vster-

<polvo puts on his de niro face>

are you talking to ME?
are YOU talking to me?

i didn't think you were talking to me.
you haven't talked to me for a year.
not so's i could hear it or read it anyway.

i don't know jack about tyco. they make
widgets or something. they could be a good
company but they're sure in a bad business
environment. especially if they have any
kind of international market or customers.
every US company is in deep doo doo right
now because the US doesn't trust anybody
who's not an american and we're also pretty
damn suspicious of the ones who are. like
me for example. i hate to do business with
someone who doesn't trust me. know whut i mean
vern? i just don't trust 'em.

you're pretty good on psychology. if you can
keep yer eyes peeled and tell me when and if you
see that universal human distrust starting to turn
around i'd be much obliged. that's when business
is going to pick up. it might be a good time to
pick up a few shares of some good widget makers, no?

meanwhile... stocks suck, cash sucks, gold sucks,
real estate sucks and by god, life sucks too...
ya jest cain't trust it.

it's a good time to be a lawyer.

i wonder if RR or cactus jack would sell us
any shares of their businesses?

if so...

you think we can trust 'em?
i cain't read fine print. it
gives me a headache.

;-)

V, am I hallucinating, or is Mr. Market showing signs of getting over his depression?

Or both.
