Laz It would not be worded as a punishment for the crimes of our ancestors but rather as a payment to certain people. Some of the payment from each recipient that is a taxpayer would come from their own taxes but they would get more then they pay in. However I imagine you would quickly get lawsuits saying that the program is racially biased and asking for payments to be made to other ethnic groups. Maybe everyone gets paid and it just becomes one big non means tested welfare program... Tim
