I belive the no-no is trading on "material, nonpublic information."

I'd say the fact of the investigation of Martha WRT her IMCL trade could be considered nonpublic.

I'd say the information would be material, since it would be likely to influence one's decision whether to hang onto his or her MSO stock.

Perhaps the reason we haven't heard much out of the Dept. of Justice WRT Martha and her IMCL trade is they're nailing down the facts regarding her sale of MSO shares.

Greed will get you in the end, won't it?
