You didn't listen. I AGREE with what you said ('he lost on the machine recounts, he lost on the hand recounts' - which recounts were partial, selective attempts to cherry-pick counties, and some used liberal standards).... but what I said is ALSO true, and confirmed by all the inquiries: "...ironically, a recount of ALL the counties (including the Republican panhandle) using the MOST conservative standards for valid votes is the one scenario that results in a Gore win. With more liberal standards (hanging chads, etc.) used, Bush generally still wins."
