TBIO Is up 15.70% on volume of 78,600 It has been selling at 0.76 of book. The float is only 9.2M and institutions reportedly hold 141% of it.<g> It also has a 10% short position.(About 34x its daily average volume.<g>) It needs to close above 3 in order to test the July 11 H at 3.68 <g> The stock is not yet on an UP-TREND.
