Capital gains taxes in general aren't "fair"...rules are rules, you adapt to 'em and move on. Personally, I think it'd be much more productive to eliminate the double taxation on dividends, but I have no qualms if they raised the limit....hell it's been the same for at least 15 years, they oughta raise it some just to keep up with inflation!<NG>

However, if someone got that idea from reading this thread....well, that's entirely another story!<G>
